Delivery Policy

At CreateCater, all final files—whether video, audio, or other digital content—are delivered online. You will receive your completed files via secure download links, typically through Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.

We do not offer physical shipments.

Delivery timelines vary

  • RAW files are available for download within 48 hours after the shoot.

  • Edited materials are delivered within 2 business days and include two rounds of revisions.

  • Clients who need same-day delivery can bring their own SSD drive or purchase one at the studio to receive files immediately after the session.

Please let us know your delivery preferences in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.
