Terms & Conditions

1. Studio Use

  • Bookings include access to selected sets, equipment, and designated areas (bathroom, lounge, fitting room).

  • Rental time starts and ends as scheduled. Additional time will be billed accordingly.

  • Clients must respect studio property and leave the space in clean condition.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • Booking changes require 12+ hours’ notice and are subject to availability.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full prior to your session.

  • Overtime must be paid before it begins.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit & Debit Cards, Digital Payments, Zelle or Venmo.

4. Conduct & Safety

  • No smoking (tobacco, marijuana, vapes) inside the studio or within 15 feet of the entrance. A $500 fee applies for violations.

  • No illegal activity or disruptive behavior is permitted.

  • For safety, the studio is monitored by video surveillance.

5. Content Responsibility

  • Clients are fully responsible for the content they create while using the studio space, including any legal, copyright, or usage issues that may arise from the material they produce.

  • Content created by the client's own team—including footage, audio, and photos captured during the booking—is the intellectual property of the client.

  • Content produced by the CreateCater team—including any filming, editing, or branded materials provided as part of a full-service package—is the intellectual property of CreateCater unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may request transfer of rights or licensing for studio-produced content through a separate agreement.

6. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
