Cancellation Policy
• Please arrive on time. Your booking begins and ends exactly at your reserved time slot. • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking time are non-refundable. • Any booking changes must be requested at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. • Your session files will be delivered via Google Drive within 24 hours. • Overtime can be added if the studio is available. • For safety and security, the studio is monitored by video surveillance. • Absolutely No smoking or vaping inside the studio. • Any violation of studio rules may result in additional fees.
